Leadership

Founder-led. Operator-built. Execution-focused.

Leadership Philosophy

52 Degree Group is led by experienced operators with direct exposure to real asset development, procurement, operating platforms and capital governance.

Alejandro Romano began his career in Australia in 1987 as a stone mason, building hands-on construction experience before moving into interior design and development coordination. In 2012 he founded Percurrent, establishing direct procurement and construction supply capability across hospitality and residential delivery.

Through Brookfields Group he delivered major land programs including Goldenvue (~400 lots) and Ballarat (~2,000 lots), integrating development, procurement and systems control under one platform structure.

He developed the Blueprint ecosystem — internal systems that convert design into live QS quantities and feasibility data, embedding cost discipline into delivery. Today, he leads 52 Degree Group under one principle: real control, real systems and long-term capital discipline.
